SUNAC CHINA SOUTHWEST GROUP: Winner of International Residential Architecture Awards 2021. Architecture begins with art and is hidden in nature. SUNAC Lin & Lu community takes natural ecology and future art as the entry point of the design intention. The façade design takes the most attractive “landscape” of Chongqing as the basic element, abstracts the smooth curves, and forms layers of falling façade levels with the intention of the landscape. It also effectively continues the fluidity and ductility of the architectural space design.

The overall landscape is positioned as an artistic and humanistic landscape in the mountains and forests. In the forest, we explore the presentation of art in the landscape and enter the picture of art together; we open the forest exhibition hall of Impressionist paintings, experience the perfect art life in the forest, and create an art space to pay tribute to the masterpieces.

With all-age people as the service target, it creates an activity scene with art as the theme; it provides an all-around space for community residents’ energetic tide, meeting and reception, shared social life, sports and entertainment, and children’s games.
