INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & RESEARCH, SHENZHEN UNIVERSITY, CO., LTD.: Winner of World Design Awards 2025. The project is located to the west of the Shenzhen High School of Science (Longgang Campus), bordered by Danba 1st Road to the southwest and the planned Huiling Road to the north, adjacent to Kingya International Plaza.

Huiling Primary School is planned to accommodate 36 classes, occupying a total site area of 10,027 sqm. The gross floor area is 31,426 sqm, with a plot ratio of 2.59. Of this, 25,947 sqm are included in the plot ratio calculation, while the remaining 5,479 sqm excluded. Design concept: Campus Nestled Against Mountains; “Borrowed-and-Returned Greenery” Strategy; Terraced Green Platforms; Dual Campus Synergy.
