SUPERIOR BAY PT MANSION | IVVA (SHANGHAI) , INC. | World Design Awards 2025

IVVA(SHANGHAI), INC.: Winner of World Design Awards 2025. Designed by IVVA(SHANGHAI),INC., the project draws inspiration from Yancheng’s millennia-old maritime salt heritage. It reimagines Song Dynasty garden elegance as its artistic canvas and integrates scholarly academy landscapes as its cultural thread, framing modern vistas within naturalistic mountain-water compositions. This synthesis crystallizes into the “One Axis, Two Courtyards, Eight Gardens” Song-style academy landscape.

The development fuses the spatial poetry of Song imperial academy gardens with the scenographic luxury of Aman Resorts—the pinnacle of Eastern understated luxury. Supported by Yueda Group’s “Six-Dimensional Landscape” system, it meticulously addresses modern residential needs through a “Song Academy” landscape narrative, reinterpreting cultural luxury estates. The outcome is a majestic, ecologically attuned, and inherently dignified paradigm where cultural heritage meets resort living—where every return home commences a new holiday experience.

IVVA(SHANGHAI),INC. was founded in 2019, with the company simultaneously forging domestic and international markets to propel the globalization of Chinese design brands. Anchored in the Eastern design philosophy of “creating infinite, boundless, and limitless worldly vistas within finite constraints,” we embody the principle of “revealing grandeur through subtlety, blending artistry and literary elegance.” By establishing a comprehensive MEPC (Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction) full-process development system, we precisely capture market trends, empowering clients to achieve brand enhancement and elevate marketing impact.
