HUGE ROCK DESIGN: Winner of World Design Awards 2025. This residential project crafts minimalist, serene interiors centered on user needs. Ideally positioned with a lakefront setting and river access near the Golden Ring Island, it delivers premium waterside living.

The entrance features bronze double doors leading to a cruciform foyer with symmetrical storage spaces flanking a central art screen. The living area showcases an arched ceiling with seven-layer hand-finished textures. Kitchens combine enclosed Chinese cooking zones with open Western-style spaces, connected by sliding partitions.

Surrounded by a 40㎡ landscaped balcony, the teahouse converts to a bedroom with glass doors integrating outdoor water features. The master suite includes a walk-in closet, artistic screens, and concealed dual-flow ventilation inlets. Secondary bedrooms frame outdoor vistas through expansive windows.

Guided by natural elements, the design harmonizes refined aesthetics with functional living, creating an inviting sanctuary that connects residents with surrounding waterways and landscapes through thoughtful spatial sequencing and material craftsmanship.
