ADO Limited: Winner of International Residential Architecture Awards 2025. The HAVEN Bel-Air Duplex embraces Modern Classicism, blending classical elegance with clean contemporary lines to create a space that is both sophisticated and comfortable. This interior design balances luxurious materials and modern aesthetics, transforming the duplex into a refined yet welcoming home.

In the grand entrance and main hall, white wood veneer is paired with brass steel and Pandora marble, lending a sense of purity and elegance. A key design feature is the innovative treatment of the original structural columns. Rather than hiding them, the designer transformed these into focal points by extending them into a curved white wood veneer display cabinet. This custom piece, constructed with white wood veneer and electroplated brass steel shelving, features a transparent and orderly structure that allows light to shift subtly throughout the day. The cabinet provides ample storage while visually integrating the columns into the architecture—turning a structural challenge into a design highlight.

Pandora marble is used thoughtfully in key corners to maintain visual continuity. In the dining area, the CALLIGARIS ITALIA CAMEO table, with its marble surface, harmonizes with the Light Sculpture Ginkgo chandelier—an art piece inspired by delicate petals. This interplay of natural lines adds refinement and softness. Cabinetry doors reinterpret classical motifs with fine lines and brass steel handles, achieving unity and elegance. The seamless fusion of classical and modern elements brings luxury without heaviness.

In the master bedroom, smooth curves define the bedside and dressing areas. The SAINT-LOUIS CADENCE Crystal Lampshade pendants add elegance, while a brass steel-framed glass screen separates the dressing zone from the sleeping area. This screen allows light to filter through, casting poetic shadows and enhancing depth. It maintains visual connection while ensuring privacy and addressing Feng Shui considerations. A white marble accent wall also reserves space for a future television, aligning with design and practical needs.

The study features green wood veneer with brass steel frames and shelving, set against black-and-white geometric flooring. A curved desk continues the space’s elegant design language. The children’s room follows Feng Shui principles, using blue as the primary color. The blue wood veneer wardrobe and gray-blue leather headboard wall are accented with brass steel trims. Rounded edges on cabinetry enhance safety during play, combining thoughtful design with practicality. Through its Modern Classicism approach, the HAVEN Bel-Air Duplex successfully merges timeless elegance with contemporary living, resulting in a luxurious, inviting home attuned to modern lifestyles.
