Jianxue Architecture and Engineering Design Institute Co.,Ltd. / CCCC Urban Investment (Wenzhou) Co.,Ltd.: Winner of World Design Awards 2024. The project is located in Zhejiang Science and Technology City, Longwan District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is the second phase of the CCCC Digital Technology Innovation Industrial Park. It has a total land area of 12,204 square meters and a total construction area of 90,122 square meters, including a 136-meter office building and a 7,000 square meter meters of commercial space.

Its shape is taken from the landscape of Wenzhou and the Chinese Feng Shui theory: Break through the clouds (develop at high speed); mountains and flowing water gather water to form gold (gather wealth).

The glass curtain wall of the 136-meter office building uses vertical metal components of different sizes. The components gradually become thicker and thinner from the bottom of the building upwards. The entire tower changes from solid to virtual, extending upward and blending into the sky. The podiums on the 2nd and 3rd floors create staggered platforms by overlapping horizontal panels. The horizontal lines are layered like flowing water, forming a smart and active urban space.
