As Lanzhou’s first fourth-generation residential community, it integrates human-centered design, high-tech applications, and green ecology into a brand-new living experience. The Future Realm embodies a new generation of architectural aesthetics with a technological and ecological approach. It integrates regional elements and reflects local culture, drawing inspiration from the vigorous growth of the city’s tree, the Chinese scholar tree, and blending it with modern technology to create a boundless, flowing facade. Combining traditional culture with architectural soul, the flowing facade presents a picture of continuous vitality, natural freedom, and constant renewal.

Future Realm creates a fourth-generation residential product, connecting the living room and garden with a double-height ceiling. A 6.2-meter-high sky courtyard ensures that every floor has a terrace and every unit has a garden. The integrated L-shaped, floor-to-ceiling, garden-like design seamlessly blends interior and exterior spaces. An L-shaped interlocking design forms a panoramic garden in the side hall, offering each unit a 270-degree view and creating a true sky garden, suitable for relatively large units with one unit per floor.

The urban living room architecture exudes understated luxury while maintaining elegance, emphasizing clean lines and exquisite details. The facade utilizes high-quality stone and metal, paired with simple lines and geometric shapes to showcase a sophisticated and dignified style, balancing aesthetics and durability. Metallic stone water features are inlaid on both sides, symbolizing the convergence of wealth in “Lishui in this life,” forming an auspicious metaphor of “wealth naturally flowing into the residence.”

A completely new sensory experience of returning home. Stepping onto the path home through the city living room, one can enjoy a tranquil retreat within a boundless space, seamlessly blending urban tranquility with the vibrancy of city life. With each step, the scenery changes, bidding farewell to the city’s hustle and bustle and returning to the low-density urban garden luxury residence characterized by technological and ecological aesthetics.

A worry-free drive home is ensured by a pedestrian-vehicle separation design, adding an extra layer of safety for residents and enhancing the community’s warmth. The community offers one-stop safe homecoming services and a fully-furnished underground parking garage with a ceremonial entrance process, providing a sense of prestige and privilege upon returning home.
