Adjacent to Metro Line 2, it enjoys top-tier urban resources. Adopting a globally leading fourth-generation luxury residential development concept, it represents a comprehensive upgrade from planning layout and architectural design to landscaping!

This project truly embodies the innovative concept of fourth-generation housing, featuring meticulously crafted main unit types ranging from approximately 129 to 220 square meters. It represents the golden threshold for achieving core values ​​such as “sky courtyards,” “extra-wide frontage,” and “LDKBG integration.” All fourth-generation unit types feature south-facing or north-south facing balconies, avoiding potential issues like shading, leakage, and unseen views associated with traditional balconies. This ensures that every inch of space offers an exceptionally bright, private, and tranquil experience. Furthermore, each balcony boasts a maximized depth design, providing significantly more activity space than traditional options.

The project also features a high-end sunken courtyard clubhouse, incorporating luxury hotel concepts and meticulously planned multi-dimensional functional spaces, including a gym, yoga room, chess and card room, and tea room for meetings. The project adopts a flowing, light-curved facade design, avoiding the cluttered lines of traditional architecture. Instead, it draws inspiration from the meandering Yellow River and the vastness of the sky, creating a pioneering, curved facade aesthetic that exudes elegance and sophistication in the urban landscape. Furthermore, the project delves into the cultural essence of the “Eight Scenic Spots of Lanzhou,” creating a uniquely secluded and luxurious forest retreat exclusive to Lanzhou.
