Sunprime Empreendimentos: Winner of World Design Awards 2024. The detailed spatial study made use of all the nuances of the site. The base was designed in the shape of a ship’s hull, utilizing the contours to accommodate parking and leisure areas. The residential tower, shaped like à sail, accommodated two types ofapartments with three generous suites that run tongitudinally through the space, offering residents a 180-degree view of each residential layout. The starting point of this journey was to interpret the future of design for the Brazilian market, absorbing the uniqueness of the geographical space of the site and assigning à disruptive concept to the Era project – embodying one of the driving forces within Sunprime Empreendimentos’ DNA. The volumetric scheme allowed for the construction of 46 floors with 72 units, two apartments per floor, 1098m² of common area, and a total built-up area of 21,000m?. Era will be the unimaginable amidst the ordinary.
