Situated at the core of Pazhou’s central axis, the Guangzhou Pazhou Convention Mansion project occupies a strategic position within the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, aligned with Guangzhou’s “One River, Two Banks, Three Belts” urban vision. This prime location offers exceptional commercial advantages and long-term value appreciation.

The show flat is designed to serve the sophisticated needs of international executives, corporate leaders, and elite professionals—integrating business, residence, and social engagement within a seamless, high-end environment. Guided by the theme “Aerial Yacht: Setting Sail,” the design reinterprets the elegance and dynamism of yacht culture, inspired by the Pearl River and the historic Maritime Silk Road.

Spatially, the layout emphasizes openness and fluidity. A minimalist approach to partitions and a double-aspect curtain wall system maximize natural light and panoramic river views. Materiality reflects a refined yet understated luxury—featuring blue jade stone, wood-veined marble, shadow maple veneer, and bronze metal detailing. Integrated smart-home technology enhances both comfort and functionality.

Key zones—including the foyer, living area, open kitchen and dining, wine and tea lounges, executive meeting room, and master suite—are conceived as a series of yacht-inspired interiors. The living area evokes an open sky deck; the meeting room suggests a private conference cabin; the master bedroom conveys a serene “harbor return” atmosphere through wave-like upholstery and concealed lighting. Beyond aesthetics, this show flat articulates a forward-looking lifestyle—one that merges urban context, personal identity, and future-facing design—establishing a new residential benchmark for Pazhou and beyond.
