International Residential Architecture Awards 2026. It is one of the world’s most prestigious awards for residential architecture. It recognizes outstanding ideas that redefine Architecture design through the implementation of novel technologies, materials, programs, aesthetics, and spatial organizations, along with studies on globalization, flexibility, adaptability, and the digital revolution. It is a forum that examines the relationship between Architecture and the natural world, Architecture and the community, and Architects and the city.
International Residential Architecture Awards 2026. will be judged by two stellar panels: one for design, and the other for architecture. Each of the panels will be comprised of industry experts who will use their insight and experience to deliberate on the results.
The Design panel will be looking for fresh thinking and originality, beautiful execution, great storytelling, work that pushes and progresses the client brief beyond expectations, and work that emotionally connects with its people.
The Architecture panel will be hoping to see: work that is programmatically, formally, and spatially rich, a design that pushes boundaries, projects that address issues of sustainability, and a people-focused, client-driven approach.
Reputable judges will nominate 3 finalists within each award category. Honorable jury members will select the winners of the International Residential Architecture Award 2026. Winners will receive a winner kit(Trophy, Certificate, and poster), and the Award will be published on The Architecture Community’s website and our media partner’s website.

Late – 1st March 2026 to 30th November 2026 – Fee – $250

The International Residential Architecture Awards 2026 is open to all architects, students, engineers, and designers worldwide.

International Residential Architecture Awards 2026. deliver unprecedented exposure for our finalists and winners.
Submission requirements:
1. Maximum 5 Sheets of the project.
2. A3-size sheets 420mm X 297mm in horizontal format and submitted as digitally colored high-resolution files meant for printing in JPEG format.
3. Project About in Docs format, in about a Maximum of 500 words.
4. The submission sent does not exceed the maximum of 30 MB in the zip file.
5. Unlimited Projects in multiple categories.
6. No restrictions on the inbuilt concept, and the project-making date.
