HZS: Winner of International Residential Architecture Awards 2024. The ITG XiaMen HaiShangMingYue Mansion, located on a scarce land in the coastal area of Haicang, Xiamen City, is the urban luxury project in Haicang that is closest to the island. The project covers an area of about 21,000 square meters, the total construction area is about 71,000 square meters, the plot ratio is about 2.4, and the green land rate is about 30%. The entire community involves a total of two rows (23-25 floors) of buildings, five residential buildings, 328 units available for sale, ranging in size from 130 square meters to 190 square meters. A total of 438 salable parking spaces are planned in the basement of the community, and along the southwest side of the street there are some retail stores.

ITG XiaMen HaiShangMingYue Mansion adopts the overall design of modern style and integrates the regional characteristics and modern aesthetic spirit. The main entrance gate of the community is 73.6 meters long, and the noble metal texture and large stone bring a noble hotel-like feeling of home returning. The owners return home through the hotel-style lobby, and the fountain at the welcome water feature seems to say good wishes to each arriving owner.

The large landscape atrium enriches the natural environment of the community and avoids blocking the view of the high-rise buildings, thus achieving view of the sea for every household. Based on multi-round design scheme adjustment, the building layout has achieved a maximum of 95m floor spacing, so that each building has excellent daylight and good ventilation. The facade adopts the classic color of the Bulgari Hotel. Silver aluminum panel lines + advanced gray paint + floor-to-ceiling glass windows bring strong interface visibility. At the same time, considering the noise caused by the waterway and Haicang Avenue around the project, three-layer and two-cavity insulating glass is used to minimize the noise impact of the surrounding area. The top of the building adopts the LOGO symbol of HaiShangMingYue to convey the artistic conception of the “bright moon on the sea”, and the gradient grating receding at the ends makes the ideal of poetic dwelling become concrete. The architectural form shows the smooth and elegant lines and the luxurious and quiet style, and the stylish and tasteful architectural details are perfectly integrated with an elegant luxury experience. The project adheres to the design concept of environmental protection, energy saving, healthy and sustainable development and regards China’s green building one-star standard as the design standard. The whole community is arranged with wastewater recovery system for reclaimed water, rainwater and domestic sewage, the sunshine duration and window area of the main functional rooms of each household meet the corresponding requirements, and there are sufficient security monitoring facilities designed between the buildings. In addition, the community also arranges an intelligent service system with environmental monitoring, lighting control and equipment control functions, and strives to build a low-carbon and healthy residential area facing the future.
