HZS: Winner of International Residential Architecture Awards 2024. The Lixia District of Jinan City, where the project is located, integrates the Olympic Sports Hall, Hanyu, Software Park, Changlingshan Industrial Park and other elements, forming the golden residential area of Jinan Central Business District (CBD) and enjoying a unique geographical location. The positioning of this design is luxury elite housing, that is, the fourth generation of ultra-luxury sky villa. Based on the three dimensions of symbiosis between architecture and city, intertextuality between architecture and landscape, and the creation of dreamlike living environment, the design concept aims to create top-class residences that complement urban development.

The design seeks to create a garden fantasy for Jinan like Monet’s painting, and the hanging garden concept is introduced to echo Aristotle’s theory of the natural advantages of beauty. Architects are committed to integrating natural aesthetics into everyday living like never before, making LONGHE COURTYARD a leader in luxury housing in Jinan. Therefore, architects introduce the concept of the whole fourth-generation housing in Jinan for the first time, emphasizing energy saving, environmental protection, safety and intelligence, and strive to provide a comfortable living space and complete public services for the occupants to promote the development of urban forest garden housing with harmonious coexistence between man and nature.

Architects pay attention to detail design from every perspective, just to present the LONGHE COURTYARD delicately. The building’s imposing main entrance recreates the majestic gate in the traditional Chinese architectural form. The south gate, with a width of nearly 50 meters and a height of about 9 meters, adopts the “flying” curve shape, while the north gate, with a width of about 70 meters and a height of about 12 meters, adds a curved view wall and a water feature to bring a stronger sense of homecoming ceremony. In addition, the plan also involves a private clubhouse of more than 6,600 square meters, a “wings of the sky” luxury tower, and “yacht-like” superfluid architectural aesthetics. As for material selection, residential buildings are assembled with aluminum plate material, champagne gold aluminum plate, silver and white aluminum plate, dark silver-gray metal and other high-end materials, as well as full screen diamond glass curtain wall, a window-wall ratio of 0.5, LOW-E glass, system doors and windows, etc., and the garage floor adopts luxury stone decoration. All details demonstrate the unique craftsmanship. In terms of product design, the concept of “the fourth generation of sky courtyard Villa” advocates the integration of the architectural form of the villa and the comfort of the large penthouse. The odd and even floors adopt staggered floor design, and the high space of about 6.2m brings sky courtyards for households to enjoy privately. These sky courtyards can reach a maximum of about 72 square meters, creating unlimited living possibilities in a limited urban space, and pushing the sky courtyard’s living aesthetics to an unprecedented height. Each family can enjoy a private sky courtyard and close contact with nature, highlighting the high quality of the residence and bringing more imagination and luxury experience to life.
