KETU DESIGN: Winner of Architect of the Year Awards 2024. The project is located in Jinan, it covers a building area of 220,000 square meters, offering 660 sets of rooms and over 1300 beds. It features various facilities, with the 10,000 square meters, including Jinchun Academy, restaurants, traditional Chinese medicine health centers, landscape gardens and fruit and vegetable plantations. Its design emphasizes health management and elderly care.

It focuses on integrating and dispersing layouts to optimize building spacing and landscape view. The planning of entrances disperses traffic flow, reducing congestion and enhancing safety and convenience within the community. In terms of service integration, underground passages connect hospitals and elderly care services, ensuring convenient access to medical resources. The design of restaurants and Jinchun Academy incorporate local cultural elements, offering a unique visual and experiential atmosphere, providing seniors with a high-quality living environment and cultural activities. It is not only a high-end eldercare community, but also a demonstration area integrating modern facilities with natural surroundings. It creates a safe, comfortable and vibrant living environment for seniors.
