DESMOOD: Winner of World Design Awards 2024. Park Villa is a low-density villa complex developed in partnership by the state-owned PowerChina Real Estate and luxury developer Desun. Located near Shanbanqiao on the East Central Ring Road and East City Sports Park, it offers urban entrepreneurs a peaceful blend of forested landscapes and upscale living, with convenient access to the East Central Ring Road. The area surrounding Park Villa includes a lake, wetland, four parks, two major commercial centers, four trendy business districts, and cultural attractions such as the Chengdu Natural History Museum and East Suburb Memory Cultural and Creative Park. This vibrant locale merges industrial culture with artistic creativity, providing residents and visitors a rich cultural and athletic experience intertwined with Chengdu’s history and future.

The design team envision Park Villa as a landmark that not only represents the city’s industry and history but also serves as a lively hub for humanism, culture, creativity, art, and industry. The design vision for the Park Villa Sales Center reflects historical awareness, cultural confidence, and a sense of place. Aimed at potential residents across Chengdu, it showcases an ideal lifestyle and a promising future. Taking inspiration from luxury hotels, the design transforms traditional sales spaces into an immersive experience that blends business, social, and entertainment elements. Visitors escape the ordinary to enter a refined environment where art and culture unite.

The chosen materials and color scheme—metal, art glass, leather, marble, and wood—enhance the atmosphere. The art display features “Star Falls” installation, three-petal ice flowers that resemble cascading stars, lakes, and petals, adding a romantic and enchanting touch. Varied wall shapes and carefully selected minimalist bronze and marble wall lamps further elevate the luxurious, retro ambiance.
