The 210㎡ (approx.) luxury unit features a two-bedroom, three-living-room, and two-bathroom layout. It is equipped with expansive curtain walls measuring 12.7 meters on the south side and 18.8 meters on the west side, framing panoramic views of the river and the university campus. Tailored functional areas, including a music appreciation zone and an e-sports gaming area, enhance the living experience and provide flexible space utilization.
