JZFZ Architectural Design Co. Ltd: Winner of International Residential Architecture Awards 2025. The project adheres to the design philosophy of “convenience, efficiency, livability, and inclusiveness” for good housing. Through deep study of the new youth and new urbanites’ needs, it forges orderly spatial connections between architecture and the surrounding urban environment, shaping harmonious city interfaces. Five themes—”Art, Socializing, Children, Leisure, and Sports”—are meticulously crafted into an all-age-friendly leisure and shared space. Meanwhile, by opening the internal space to the city, it breaks traditional residential barriers to achieve true community integration.

The design creates elevated spaces on the first and second floors of the residence, using creative art as the driving force to connect various living space nodes, aiming to build a lively and livable environment for the new youth and new urbanites. The aerial fitness trail seamlessly connects all residential buildings, forming a natural sheltered walkway that embodies humanistic care and presents a diverse and shared public space layout. It highlights the community’s rich and inclusive cultural spirit, making every resident feel the warmth and sense of belonging that home provides.

The facade design adopts a modern geometric architectural style, with a clean, public-building-inspired elevation that harmonizes with the overall urban planning. The facade, in its bold and upright form, highlights the aesthetics of geometric composition, with light and shadow used to shape the architectural image together with material textures and texture changes. This creates visually comfortable and striking architecture, effectively enhancing the city’s image and living quality.

Unit layouts prioritize optimal sightlines and sunlight exposure for every living space. For tenant convenience, the project adopts integrated interior designs to optimize indoor space planning, significantly enhancing storage capacity.

The project features multi-themed clubhouse spaces and life service points within the residential compound. Outside the residential compound, non-motorized vehicle parking zones and public transportation stops are thoughtfully planned. Additionally, health stations are strategically placed to address medical service gaps. This multifaceted human-centered service network delivers convenient living amenities, rich social activities, and thoughtful health support, realizing the transition from a living space to a better life.
