Surrounded by an extensive network of highways and expressways, the area represents the convergence of urban height and speed. The project not only spatially connects the community with the Hongqiao business district but also integrates living and working spaces, creating a convenient and pleasant environment for life and social interaction. It combines community retail, high-end business hotels, and headquarters offices, making it the “leisure backyard” of the West Hongqiao exhibition core area. Through its unique reverse S-shaped commercial layout and the hotel’s “∞” design, the project maximizes commercial value while returning premium public spaces to the city, shaping a high-quality community business environment.

By successfully merging natural surroundings with strategic positioning, the project injects new vitality into the regional economy. The rooftop’s diversified and immersive Aurora Show venue has become a new landmark for trendy art and social gatherings. At the intersection of the hotel’s “∞” design lies a public space energy station, attracting visitors as a popular photo spot. The high-end Intercontinental hotel brands EVEN and VOCO provide diverse experiences for different groups. This project will help further strengthen the living and business amenities of the Hongqiao area, improve the regional commercial ecosystem, enrich the industrial structure, enhance the concentration of headquarters offices, and reinforce the exhibition functions, solidifying Hongqiao’s position as a new urban landmark.
