SKYLINE MANSION , located in Foshan, the source of Lingnan culture, has a design that thinks deeply about the relationship between the city and the environment, and is committed to creating a new modern urban skyline, improving the city image and the human settlement experience.

01 Planning strategy:

The project is located in the Aiyi section of the city core district of Foshan, which boasts excellent educational resources and urban business resources, and is lush with flowers and quiet at home.

The project adopts the overall planning form of “nine peaks and two axes, staggered layout,” which reflects the distinctive traditional culture and regional characteristics. The skyline of the Nine Towers is high in the north and low in the south, high in the middle and low in periphery, forming two axes, which correspond to the urban layout and the sense of space ritual in Eastern aesthetics. The form of a misplaced layout is skilfully employed to fully extend the distance between the buildings. The business section is titled “Mountains and rivers meet acquaintances.” The office building creates a three-dimensional greening through scattered recreational gardens, creating a new type of aerial garden office space that is green, low carbon and energy efficient. The high street introduces the concept of ‘The Jumeirah’, where the ground is fully connected to the underground space, Breaking up the single linear space of the traditional high street, creating a scene-like neighborhood with a rich level of space, incorporating Lingnan culture, incorporating the space composition of Lingnan regional cultural characteristics and Foshan elements, and integrating the commercial scene of the era, the region, and the culture.

02 Identity Strategy:

Guided by the principle that “designing a user is essentially designing a life,” starting from “humanizing the use of functions” and “scenarioizing the living space,”Avoiding the homogenization of household design, we innovatively designed suitable living units for the Foshan CCB Hengfu One project, matching the ultimate 270 ° curtain view to explore the ultimate comfort of living space.

03 facade strategy:

Break through “traditional standards” and use human settlements as the starting point, so that architecture and the environment can be integrated.

According to the intention of the mountains to flow, the architects added vertical lines to divide the blocks and weaken the bulk of the facade, which outlines the modern elegance of craftsmanship, extending from the ground to the high altitude, which is atmospheric and heavy, and becomes a beautiful landscape of the city skyline.

The classic and elegant exterior is incorporated into the refinement and softness of Lingnan architecture. The details reflect the feeling of customization and craftsmanship.

04 Precision landing: From design conception, drawing control, on-site tracking, to the implementation of the precision quality of the Foshan CCB Hengfu One project, The architect is deeply involved throughout the process, considering technical issues in advance, continuously deepening the design in materials selection, node processing, detail control, and strictly controlling every detail to achieve a unified expression of technology, aesthetics, and user experience. Reconstruction and iteration in contemporary art promote the iteration of residential products, and the architects control the details of the building with luxury modern timber construction, resulting in classic and elegant morphological imagery.
