Expansive clear glass introduces a soft, warm glow, gracefully blending with the deep tones and complementing the refined details throughout the space. This design weaves an exquisite residence, uniquely showcasing the homeowner’s taste.

Guided by the core principle of creating healthy and sustainable homes for clients, the team places the sustainability of living environments at the forefront of its design philosophy. This residence is meticulously crafted using energy-efficient LED lighting, advanced appliances, and eco-friendly, recyclable building materials, all carefully chosen to reflect the company’s dedication to minimizing energy consumption and promoting ecological harmony. Thoughtfully designed open spaces ensure optimal natural ventilation and illumination, enhancing air quality, maximizing daylight, reducing noise, and crafting pleasant conditions to present a residence that meets the highest standards of comfort. The result is a living space that is safe, non-toxic, and enduringly comfortable, embodying the essence of sustainable living.

Design Techniques

Fostering Connections via Open Floor Plan Layout

The designer strategically removed several existing walls to transform a closed kitchen into an open-plan design with a spacious, seamless flow. The newly installed kitchen island serves as the hub of the house, providing ample storage with built-in drawers and cabinets. It doubles as a prep station, a dry kitchen for light meals, and a study spot for children. Positioned at the intersection of the living, dining, and kitchen areas, it allows for effortless interaction among family members, fostering moments of shared joy and conversation.

Soft Glow Emanates Natural Elegance

The communal spaces are adorned with slab tiles in white, gray, and black shades, harmoniously complemented by gray plaster walls, presenting a sleek and contemporary aesthetic. Warmth and relaxation are smoothly introduced through wood panels, flooring, and burnt orange soft furnishings, naturally cultivating a rustic solace. The strategic use of indirect lighting behind the TV wall and above the ceiling balances the crisp modernity with a gentle, natural glow, crafting an exclusive blend of styles. Carefully selected pendant lights and wall lamps further enrich the visual depth, presenting a layering composition with stylish charm.

Immerse in the beautiful scenery with the environment

The design leverages the project’s prime riverside location, features graceful French doors, a half-glass partition for the multifunctional room, and an open floor plan that seamlessly merges the living and dining areas with the kitchen. This integration visually enlarges the space, creating a bright, unimpeded view that allows the outdoor scenery to flow into every nook and cranny. The interplay of natural light with wood and stone patterns evokes a laid-back riverside vibe. Additionally, a balcony minibar subtly dissolves the boundary between indoors and outdoors, offering residents a tranquil retreat to enjoy the changing seasons and find peace of mind.

Kitchen & Dining Area

The dining area showcases a stone-patterned, round-edge table harmoniously paired with orange and white leather chairs, creating a delightful contrast against the gray slate flooring and wood veneer ceiling. Overhead, a sleek geometric pendant light infuses an artistic flair, elegantly cultivating a homely yet sophisticated dining environment.

Living Room

The living room boasts a dual-layer TV wall, artfully combining black and white porcelain slabs with wood panels, creating a striking visual contrast between sleek modernity and rustic charm. Adjacent to the windows, a curved wall softens the presence of the structural column, gracefully enhancing the flow and establishing a playful focal point within the space.

Multifunctional Room

The multifunctional room features a desk and a raised platform by the window, functioning as both a study and a guest room. The glass partition wall allows for easy interaction while ensuring privacy with adjustable blinds when needed. The walls are delicately adorned in a composed gray finish, resulting in a serene, peaceful situation perfect for reading and relaxation. Additionally, the semi-open bookshelves at the back possess ample storage and display space, with concealed lighting that accentuates the personal collectibles and the stone-patterned backdrop, strikingly bringing in an artistic touch.
