SHANGHAI ZF ARCHITECTS: Winner of World Design Awards 2024. Located in the core area of Jinan High-tech Zone, the project is the second park in Jinan, Yanlord Land and China Real Estate Construction have created a future-oriented garden community with “commercial charm, cultural atmosphere, place memory and pleasant scale” with the concept of “dynamic neighborhood node, charming landscape node and quality community node”.

The overall structure of the planning and design is “two axes and three districts”: the life service axis centered on Tianchen Road, and the landscape green axis centered on the north-south longitudinal planning road, which is divided into two residential blocks in the east and west and the central commercial supporting public building core area. The overall height of the building is staggered, combined with the landscape axis, forming a rich skyline.

The design is inspired by the Chinese garden space, through the space collection and release changes and diversified greening configuration to form a high and low, sparse and dense green landscape interface, the building and the green interface are interspersed with each other at different heights, forming a group of beautiful landscape paintings, strolling in it, one painting after another, step by step different scenery.
