GMC Landscape Design: Winner of World Design Awards 2024. The project is located in Qujiang District, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, at the intersection of four provinces. It boasts a strategic location with comprehensive surrounding facilities, providing a solid foundation for creating a diversified and cutting-edge office space. The design scheme is centered on the theme of “A Window for Communication, Modern Aesthetics,” constructing a multifunctional office space that integrates modern aesthetics, ecological sustainability, and cultural exchange through refined spatial layouts and landscape planning.

The landscape design is based on creating a green natural garden as the park’s foundation, infused with a modern minimalist artistic tone, transforming the cold, gray environment into a pleasant and comfortable green space for communication. Drawing inspiration from the Daoist principle “The highest good is like water” from the *Dao De Jing*, and aligned with the corporate spirit of “The sky reflects the landscape, its benefits passed on for generations,” water is the key element throughout the park. Through various forms of water features such as “Floating Island Reflecting in the Pool,” “Sunlit Stream,” “Hidden Water Serenity,” and “Wind-Chanted Brook,” a dynamic and elegant green office environment is created, bringing vitality and vibrancy to the park.

Our design focuses on harmonious coexistence between the landscape and its surrounding environment, adhering to sustainability and green office space. By employing a growth-oriented landscape design strategy, scientifically configuring plant communities, and constructing an ecological water circulation system, we aim to achieve self-repairing landscapes and ecological balance, reducing the environmental footprint and empowering the company.

The landscape design of the Tianze Xin’an Ginza, with its unique design concept, comfortable spatial layout, and outstanding landscape quality, not only provides an efficient and comfortable office environment for the company but also adds a landmark showcasing modern aesthetics and ecological wisdom to the local area.
