GM Selent: Winner of World Design Awards 2025. Inspired by the winds of Porto Belo, Ventus reflects lightness, movement, and a deep connection with nature. Its clean lines integrate the tower with the surroundings, while wind-sculpted forms create rhythm and fluidity. Standing 104 meters tall with 31 floors, it features 72 apartments with 2 and 3 suites (82 to 131 m²), all facing the sea. As the region’s first Rooftop Wellness, the project offers over 1,250 m² of leisure dedicated to well-being and a new way of living with sophistication and balance.
