LUSTYdesign Inc.: Winner of World Design Awards 2025. The spa is located in the downtown area of ​​Osaka, one of Japan’s largest cities.

It is a luxurious space reminiscent of a high-end hotel, yet with a futuristic, edgy finish that leaves a lasting impression. The overall dark atmosphere makes it seem as if you’re being transported to another dimension.

The highlight of this space is the futuristic sauna rooms in both the public and private areas. Other facilities include a 110cm-deep cold-water plunge pool, a shower area, changing rooms with powder areas, a relaxation space, and a bar. The relaxation space is lit only by indirect lighting, and the flickering light creates a fantastical atmosphere. The oriental-inspired bar is perfect for savoring the afterglow of your sauna. We researched all sauna facilities and created a space that surpasses them in functionality. This is a special space where you can escape the stress of everyday life and enjoy a moment of relaxation. Sauna facilities are complex systems of machinery, piping, air conditioning, etc., and they must be installed out of sight and planned to operate functionally, which is no easy feat in terms of design. A truly good space can only be achieved when functionality is achieved in addition to design.
