GTD & Shijiazhuang City Construction Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd: Winner of World Design Awards 2024. The project aims to create an ideal residential community that integrates modern living needs with local cultural characteristics.

The site enjoys a premium location, overlooking the Zhengding Ancient City to the north and the Dongyuan Ancient City Ruins Park to the south, both rich in cultural heritage. It is conveniently located near major urban roads and subway lines, with

the North Third Ring Expressway and Fuxing Street just a short distance away. This well-developed transportation network provides significant convenience for future residents.

The plot ratio is approximately 2.0, with various types of apartments under construction. Properties near the North Third Ring Expressway primarily cater to first-time buyers and move-up buyers, with apartment sizes concentrated between 80-120㎡. Areas with better views focus on larger units occupying 140㎡ and 120㎡, accurately targeting distinct consumer groups. The development specifically aims to attract move-up buyers aged 25-30 who are highly educated and work in the finance, insurance, and IT sectors, as well as upscale buyers aged 35-45 who seek a high-quality living environment. The project addresses their desires for well-designed living spaces, contemporary lifestyle aesthetics, a sense of quality, and private outdoor interaction areas, aiming to provide an ideal living experience for diverse residents.

The master plan follows the principle of “5 minutes to parks, 10 minutes to rivers, and 15 minutes to mountains,” creating a dwelling environment amidst superior landscapes. The community features a five-minute living circle, with a service center located on the west side of the site. This community service center accommodates a variety of facilities, including a neighborhood committee office, a cultural activity center, a nursing home, among others. A 12-class kindergarten is situated to the west of the community service center. The architectural color palette is inspired by traditional Chinese glazed tiles. The bronze-colored facade embodies simplicity, steadiness, and elegance, resonating with the profound historical and cultural ambiance of the ancient city in Taiping River Area. The design employs a modernist style, combining bronze aluminum panels with stone to create a sleek, contemporary architectural image, while evoking a sense of ancient sophistication inspired by traditional Xumizuo pedestals. The lines are smooth and understated, while the spaces are enriched with exquisite details. The landscape design is characterized by modern elegance, fashion, simplicity, and magnificence, and a seamless blend of the real and the abstract to offer diverse experiences.
