EDGE Architects: Winner of World Design Awards 2022. 1/JBR, is a state-of-the-art, 46-Storey residential facility with a design focus on form and materiality at its core.

Located less than 150 meters from the beach at the prestigious Jumeirah Beach Residence in Dubai, the flagship project sets a new standard for luxury living in the Persian Gulf region.

The design principles behind the building are guided by two main goals: waterfront views and spatial clarity. The result is a set of apartments with waterfront views that are visible from every room in every unit. The linear form of the floor plan not only results in an elegant vertical shape that maximizes views and is also space efficient in planning.

Residents will look out over Dubai’s iconic landmarks, including Skydive Dubai, Palm Island, Blue Waters Island and Ain Dubai. This prime location provides never ending views, land value and vertical living at its finest.
