XYZ Designers DMCC: Winner of World Design Awards 2024. EDGE by XYZ Designers for RAK PROPERTIES The main focus of the development is to provide residents with stunning lagoon views and a sense of urban living from multiple directions. The residential tower serves as a gateway to a harmonious blend of modern urbanity and coastal serenity, framing the entry to a semi-island with the help of the old gateway building. Its sleek and minimalistic design accentuates the indoor-outdoor living experience, showcasing the beauty of the adjacent lagoon. It consists of typical units with balconies, but the corner units are designed to be particularly special, with yacht-inspired balconies offering expansive views. The living spaces within each unit are strategically positioned to maximize the breathtaking views.
