Colliers Define: Winner of World Design Awards 2024. Tate&Lyle’s new office, designed by Colliers Define experts, is a modern and inspiring workspace that reflects the company’s ethos and commitment to employee well-being. Located in Cracow, the 2,000 square metre office blends sleek design with functionality, creating an environment that encourages productivity, collaboration and creativity.

Upon entering the office, visitors are greeted by an elegant reception area in soft, neutral tones. This welcome area sets the tone for the entire office, where elegant design is combined with practical solutions.

At the heart of the office is the agora, a versatile networking space. Equipped with movable walls, this multifunctional area can be easily transformed to accommodate large gatherings, such as quarterly meetings, while easily returning to its original layout for day-to-day work.

Inspired by Tate&Lyle’s diverse product range, the design features unique meeting rooms, each incorporating materials and textures reminiscent of the company’s key products such as chocolate, yogurt, and grains. These unique spaces encourage the creative exchange of ideas, support effective collaboration and bring employees closer to the brand identity.

Incorporating biophilic design principles, the space is filled with greenery in various forms, from desk dividers to accents in common areas, culminating in a striking plant wall. These natural elements not only enhance the visual appeal, but are also strategically placed to improve air quality and contribute to a healthier work environment.

In summary, Tate&Lyle’s new office is a prime example of how thoughtful design can create a workspace that is both inspiring and adaptable, where the company’s product heritage blends easily with modern office needs.
