A building tailored to the requirements of a modern overnight accommodation. The special insulation and large window areas create a feeling of high-quality spaciousness in the container modules. And with us, everything is digital – from booking, to the digital room key, to billing. The modularity of the building is reflected in the interior of the rooms. Intelligent furniture with multiple functions offers plenty of space. For the interior, we rely on first-class, durable design and sustainable materials. Our building concept is 100% pre-planned, prefabricated and quality-controlled. This results in maximum flexibility and reliability during project realization. Due to its compact size (20 rooms) and the combination of highly efficient construction and permanent mobility of the building, an economic accommodation operation is possible even outside the hotspots. Due to its modular construction from freight containers, our building concept is also ideally suited for interim use of space. Relocation of the building to other locations is possible.
