Harbin Beacon Hill 197 ㎡ showroom | CINDYJIN DESIGN | IRA Awards 2023
CINDYJIN DESIGN: Winner of International Residential Architecture Awards 2023. The project is located in Harbin, China, covering 197 sq.m. Its room and furnishings feature straight and strong lines, with the wooden materials exuding a solid and warm vibe. The classic Italian sofa, paired with matching side tables, can be utilized for daily relaxation.
The stunning river views are framed into the room, drawing people closer to nature. A leather and stone lighting hangs over the Chinese-style eating area, displaying an unique craftsmanship beauty. To further expand the vertical visual axis, there is no conventional partitions separating the guest, eating, and kitchen areas. Besides, the master bedroom combines wood veneer with artistically textured paint, to sense the warmth and tranquil rhythm of life.
In a word, the design places equal emphasis on privacy and openness. The concept of permeability without emptiness contributes to a cozy spatial logic relationship, making sure that the landscape is always visible and that art is incorporated appropriately.
