Shanghai PTArchitects: Winner of International Residential Architecture Awards 2021. The project is a residential development located in Zibo, Shandong, China. It adjoins a lake park on the north side, and sits on the best location in Zibo. With favorable site conditions, we hoped to create an iconic residential community in the city.

The design explores the skyline of the area where the project sits, and rationally organizes building clusters of different heights, which not only enrich the diversity of properties but also provides ample activity space for the community. Buildings in the north zone are gradually higher than those in the south, showing a sense of

order and creating an elegant skyline. Based on the principle of modern minimalism, the facades are endowed with smooth lines and dynamic rhythms.

    The project adopts a modern Chinese style. Simplistic lines, exquisite details and upscale materials create luxury yet elegant building exteriors and appearance. The facades are composed of stone and aluminum panel curtain walls. The stone materials were exported from Iran, and the aluminum panels were given bending and slot shaping treatments. The facade cost is 900 yuan per square meter, while the landscape cost of the overall residential community is 1,500 yuan per square meter.
