Torres Arquitetos & Design Incorporadora: Winner of International Residential Architecture Awards 2021. Arte Residence is a residential building with twenty floors, located on Torres beach, a municipality in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil.

The building reflects a sober and contemporary architecture. The choice for a differentiated residential product has been a conviction of the developer and the architectural firm since its earliest studies.

In terms of volume, the structure consists in a large vertical monolith with an expressive set of horizontal planes, arranged in half levels, where large balconies facing the sea are located. The architecture is serene, where the materiality of exposed concrete and wood show its authenticity.

The Arte Residence brings in its lines a worldwide trend of contemporary and authorial architecture with excellent use of spaces. For this the Rooftop  floor has a beautiful terrace garden , decorated and furnished party saloon, swimming pool, fitness with modern and high performance equipments and outdoor fireplace. All these spaces with a wonderful view of the sea. All apartments have excellent ventilation and solar orientation, a large living room and private areas totaling more than 200.00 square meters in each apartment. The total area of ​​the Development is 9,936.38 square meters.

In general, there was no obvious product to be launched: all alternatives, to a greater or lesser degree, presented risks and opportunities to be exploited. Thus creating an important challenge to be overcome to distinguish itself from the existing market and the products offered by other companies.
