Zhejiang Bluetown United Decoration Engineering Co. Ltd.: Winner of World Design Awards 2023. Bluetown Taoranli Project is located in Hangzhou, China. The project explores the living conditions of the elderly in the new era, explores their future life needs with a sustainable development perspective, and launches a new exploration and practice of leisure and wellness from three dimensions: the elderly’s life philosophy, product planning, and life creation. The entire community planning is mainly to meet the increasingly important residential needs of the elderly, as well as the diverse residential needs of spouses, cohabitation between generations, and family and friends supporting the elderly.

The kindergarten is a supporting public building in the park, with an area of about 3000 m2. In order for children to fully feel the comfort of space, they will absolutely safely and freely play indoors and outdoors, freely feel the things around them, and cultivate their ability to perceive and think. A fun space to guide parents and children to respect each other, educate together, and grow and play together. The designer closely followed the main theme of the project operation and conducted this interior design with the theme of “inter generational interaction, close to nature”. Create a humanized and harmonious place within the space, create a space for intergenerational communication, and create a personalized and customized children’s activity space in terms of colors and materials that are close to nature.

The core management team is from the original product center of the Lucheng Group.
