Cavatina Holding: Runner-Up of World Design Awards 2022. Cavatina Holding’s office, located in Chmielna 89 Building in Warsaw, was designed by an in-house arrangement and valuation team that provides 360 design & consulting services to the developer’s clients on a daily basis, from the beginning of the design process to the commissioning of the space.

The main design challenge in working on Cavatina Holding’s new space arrangement was to combine design with functionality, while adapting the office scheme to the company’s extensive structure.

Cavatina Holding is the largest Polish developer of office space. The Group operates in most major cities in Poland, in particular in: Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź, Wrocław, Gdańsk and Katowice. The projects completed by the Group are distinguished by their unique architecture, awarded in Polish and international competitions, and high quality of finish. Cavatina Holding also places emphasis on sustainable construction, which is confirmed by the environmental certificates it has received (e.g. BREEAM). The Group attaches great importance to the city-forming role of its projects, ensuring that they fit naturally into the existing urban fabric and meet the needs of the local community. In July Cavatina debuted on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The developer’s strategic goal is to achieve a 1 million sq. m. GLA of the investment portfolio by the end of 2025. Currently, in Cavatina there are over 260 employees.
