WALL Corporation: Awardee of International Residential Architecture Awards 2020. The project area looks at a green valley. The apartments in the project are considered to benefit from this green landscape. There is a 15 meters level difference from down level to up level of plot.

The building is designed to sit on every level in the slope. The excavation amount is reduced because of using a natural slope. A dynamic architecture has been created thanks to the architecture that has settled down.

The social area between the two housing blocks, the ornamental pool, and the swimming pool is designed. It is also possible to observe the green scenery from social areas. The courtyard is designed with different levels also and created visual privacy between different levels. There is a connection through stairs on different levels of courtyard terraces.

WALL Corporation Kigali and Istanbul based architecture office WALL Corporation was founded by architect Selim Senin in 2010. After working for a different architectural company in Istanbul, Senin established his own practice in Istanbul firstly. Working for projects that participated in 25 national and international architectural project competitions. After the projects were published on the internet, he received proposals for project design from various countries.

Senin also has established  Wall corporation in Kigali in 2017. He continues to work on various projects in Turkey and Rwanda based in Kigali.
