OAS Design Associates (Beijing) Ltd: Special Mention of World Design Awards 2021. Different from other sales center, the building model display is located in the back area.The designer hopes that the various interactions in the sales exhibition can inspire people to explore more possibilities of their future, and wish for them to find it here with Vanke. The designer placed different types of dolls all over the space, contributed a vibrant and energetic attribute to the space.

INTERACTION

This Vanke Project in Shijiazhuang wishes join the local community, the designer utilizes the familiarity of people’s daily lives and local culture to shape and deliver the blueprint of hope. This design concept diminishes the cold business feel, brings people back to life itself.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY

The concept of a book corner is added below the stairs leading to the second floor, and the stepped library allows people to read and communicate easily. The display shelves filled with books are no longer just decoration, stimulates interaction between the people and the architecture.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:

The designers with hexagon design method, to decorate the solid wood hexagon ceiling. In that short design period the designer just completes all design work from concept to construction drawing within 35 days. For the construction timing control ,our team need to consider more details of the design, decoration should be simple and easy to do can be completed quickly, in order to shorten the duration.
